Ever After
This was a beautiful album of songs that we wrote for a 'far too talented for their own good' covers band we were both playing in.
The band reached perfection with a solid line-up that featured 'The Big 3' -Graham [Papa] Dee, Sue Clarke, and The Decent one, on lead vocals.
We would support each other on backing vocals, [even the spontaneous bits] and became musically telepathic, and free.
At this point Decent/Pie pooled brainpower and the tracks were born. The band was recorded in The Old Crust, [an attic room in Penn]
but sounds as if it was recorded on a set in West Hollywood. This is down to time, effort, and mostly The Pie.
The artwork is out of Dick's brain, and a collage of all the
players at their most embarassing. Dicky's easy to spot, but where is
the pie?
A couple of good friends and influences are there to be spied also. By the way, for those interested, the Tusk really exists.
It's in the centre of a traffic island in Bilston in the West Midlands.
other tracks on the album include:
Love, Fire and Blood [Tusk version]
Let It Go
How The Truth Hurts
Did You Love? [Funky version]
